Welcome to 6IXO Marketplace. These Terms & Privacy provisions govern your access to and use of our worldwide online marketplace, including all features, services, and tools available through our platform. By accessing or using our website or mobile application, you agree to be bound by these Terms and acknowledge that you have read, understood, and accepted them.

Our marketplace is designed to connect users globally—allowing individuals and businesses to buy, sell, trade, and share services in a safe, convenient, and user-friendly environment. To maintain a secure and respectful community, all users must follow the guidelines and responsibilities outlined in these Terms.

Please read this document carefully. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you should not use our platform. Your continued use of 6IXO means you accept and agree to follow all rules, policies, and updates we may implement.

1. Acceptance of Terms – Users agree to the Terms by accessing or using the platform.
2. Eligibility – Age requirements, account ownership, and prohibited use for minors.
3. Account Creation & Responsibilities – Accurate information, password security, and user obligations.
4. User Conduct – Rules against fraud, illegal activity, harassment, impersonation, spam, unsafe content, and misuse of the platform.
5. Posting Rules – Requirements for posting ads, listings, products, and services; accuracy of information; prohibited items; and removal rights.
6. Fees & Payments – Prices and applicable service fees are shown before confirmation. One-time promotion access is activated only after Stripe reports a successful payment. If a paid feature does not appear, contact billing support promptly with the Stripe payment reference; refund eligibility depends on fulfillment status and applicable law.
7. Premium subscriptions – Premium renews monthly or annually at the displayed price until cancelled. You may manage payment details or cancel through the Stripe billing portal, which shows the effective cancellation date. Premium access continues only while Stripe reports the subscription as active or trialing. Refund rights required by applicable law are not limited.
8. Rental payments – A rental request may place a card authorization. The host may capture it after approving the booking. Declined or cancelled requests release or cancel the authorization, but your bank controls how quickly a pending authorization disappears. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method.
9. Host payouts – Approved hosts must complete Stripe Connect onboarding. Payouts are subject to platform fees, refunds, disputes, account requirements, and Stripe payout timing.
10. Marketplace Role – General buyer-and-seller transactions remain between users. 6ixo provides the platform and specified payment tools but does not guarantee a listing, user, transaction, or outcome.
11. Safety & Fraud Prevention – Guidelines, warnings, user responsibilities, and our rights to remove unsafe users or listings.
12. Prohibited Content – Illegal goods, adult content, weapons, harmful items, scams, false information, copyrighted content, etc.
13. User-Generated Content – Ownership, license permissions, rights we have to display or remove content.
14. Privacy – Basic explanation and link to the Privacy Policy.
15. Termination of Accounts – Reasons we may suspend or terminate accounts (fraud, violation of terms, unsafe behavior, abuse).
16. Limitation of Liability – Marketplace is not liable for damages, losses, or issues caused by user interactions, payments, or posted content.
17. Disputes – Users should first communicate in-app and preserve records. Payment disputes may be reviewed by Stripe, the card network, or the applicable payment provider. 6ixo may provide records and take account action but does not guarantee an outcome.
18. Changes to Terms – We reserve the right to update the Terms and notify users.

Payment-provider terms and applicable consumer laws also apply. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot legally be waived.
